We currently have franchise location opportunities in Oakland, Orinda, Hayward and other East Bay cities. Our flagship store in Oakland could also become our first franchise as it’s a turnkey opportunity for the right operator.

About Our Restaurant

Established in 2017, our restaurant has become a staple in the East Bay dining scene. We’re best known for our popular brick oven pizza-by-the-slice, proprietary 4-step hot wings, and a vast selection of rotating draft beer and functional beverages. Our welcoming 1990's design and atmosphere features a retro video game arcade which makes our space great for groups, parents and anyone who loves the 90s. Our outdoor beer garden offers a variety of seating options and always features fire pits and and a convivial environment that’s approachable for all walks of life (including dogs!). The restaurant industry is tougher than it’s ever been, but the demand for more Arthur Mac’s is high!

Financial Commitment

• Initial Franchise Startup and Activation Fee: $25k-$75K*

• Estimated Initial Investment: $250k- $1MM**

• Ongoing Monthly Franchise Fee: 3.5-5% of Gross Sales***
